The film was written and directed by Rahul Sankrityan and produced by Bunny Vaas under the banners of GA2 Pictures and UV Creations. The film stars Vijay Deverakonda, Priyanka Jawalkar and Malavika Nair in lead roles. The director has written his screenplay well and cemented it with his cryptic statement.  Even though it takes time to establish his story, he has produced good comedy, horror and thrills in the first half and finished the film on an emotional and believable note.

  Vijay Devarakonda looks super dashing as a stylish cabbie.  His performance keeps his performance simple and is quite good with the entire set.  The heroine Priyanka looks good and shares a good chemistry with Vijay.


Shiva (Vijay Devarakonda) is a happy lucky person who comes to Hyderabad for his livelihood.  Upset over not getting a suitable job, he buys an old car and becomes a cab driver.  Things take a U-turn when a strange incident happens in his car and Shiva gets scared in his life and decides to remove his car.  What is the backstory behind this car?  Why is Shiva worried?  And how will Shiva be free from it?  The rest of the story becomes.

Summary:- Shiva settles for a job as a cab driver after leaving some strange jobs. However, when you face the events of spine-chilling while driving and tries to solve the mystery then things change.

Overall, Taxiwala is a fascinating horror comedy film.  Interesting concepts, good comedy and decent thrills are the basic assets of this film.
